St. Augustine (LA) Purple Knights advance in LHSAA Baseball Playoffs for the First Time in School History

With a win 9-5 in the deciding game three of a best-of-three series versus Archbishop Rummel, the St. Augustine Purple Knights (LA) moved on in the Division 1 LHSAA Baseball Playoffs to take on Catholic of Baton Rouge in the third round, advancing for the first time in school history.
“Work hard, that was the message all year,” Coach Al Robinson said. “I’m very proud of the way this team, from beginning to end, put in the hard work.”
