It’s been happening for quite a while, but this week was the first we saw of the Cleveland Blue Raiders’ (TN) Gameday Kickoff. Created to promote big games as a part of the school’s CHSLive Today show, the news program is broadcast on school days to CHS classrooms and on the internet (through the NFHS service) by the award-winning Digital Media Program at Cleveland High School and teacher Jon Souders. In 2016 the show was named Best Daily Live Newscast in the nation by Student Television Network, breaking an eight-year streak by California’s Carlsbad High.
